Founded by Mahfuz Karabalık and Mahsum Karabalık as Gökhan Mühendislik Otomotiv İşt., with engineering services as its core activity.

Transformation & Restructuring
Company title changed to DMK Mimarlık San. ve Tic. A.Ş.; restructured as a single-shareholder company via share transfer.
30 June 2022
Partnership Structure Strengthened
Single-shareholder status ended with a share transfer. The company entered a new growth phase with two partners in construction and poultry sectors.
